Description
The 2010 (P) Lincoln Shield Cent was struck at the Philadelphia Mint as a cent in the Lincoln Shield Cents 2010 to Date series. The U.S. Mint produced 2.0 billion examples, making this the lower-mintage of the two mint variants. The obverse features Abraham Lincoln facing right and the reverse displays a Union shield with a scroll banner reading ONE CENT, symbolizing Lincoln's preservation of the Union.
