Description
TrailDies describes the trails on 2010P-1DEO-013T as apparent ones, coming off the lower parts of IBER in LIBERTY at 155°, south-southeast, down and slightly right. The number is the 2010 Philadelphia cent (2010P, 1), an obverse design extension (DEO), file 013 and T for trails. TrailDies' middle-die-state coin has a scratch running northeast from Lincoln's chin and heavy scratches leaving the back of his coat; the reverse has a faint crack above PLUR. The die was found by Mark Britton. Polishing the die with a rotary buff is the usual explanation for trails, and a minority opinion links them to the die moving against the hub.
