2010 Typical Die Clash TDC-1C-2010-01
Error
Description
TDC-1c-2010-01 On the obverse parts of UN from UNUM can be seen immediately in front of and behind Lincoln’s tie. Most clash remnants have been abraded away. Parts of the shield stripes are still visible in front of the mouth, on the neck above the collar and behind the neck across from the Y in LIBERTY. A clash of what appears to be the side of the shield intersecting the banner is found in front of the hair. On the reverse, within the shield, a small portion of the underside of Lincoln’s nose can be scene as well as a small remnant of the back of the neck. Many circular and distinctive scratched can be throughout the obverse. There are multiple strong cracks cascading through Lincoln’s hair. Coin courtesy: Cameron DeLillo
