Description

Light trail lines can be seen on the ES of STATES, the word OF and some of the letters in EPU. The offset direction is 340 degrees.

Die Markers

• Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – die dot over the L of LIBERTY. Die dot under the last 9 in the date (not shown)
• Reverse is MDS – die gouge in the right base of the T in CENT. Another smaller die gouge is seen to the right of that T. Two small die dots are under the diagonal bar of the N in ONE.
