Description

D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: Primary mint mark is higher than WRPM-012 and WRPM-013. Primary mint mark is further west than WRPM-013. Fine N/S die scratches in the field. Strong die scratch north from the top of the head to the lower left of the E in WE. Reverse: Light die scratch SSE from the left leg of the last A in AMERICA.
