The 2023 (P) Eleanor Roosevelt Quarter is a quarter produced at the Philadelphia Mint as part of the American Women Quarters (2022 - 2025) series. Total mintage reached 284 million. The obverse features George Washington facing right in a new dynamic portrait by Laura Gardin Fraser (her original 1931 design, finally adopted 90 years later), while the reverse displays unique designs honoring prominent American women who shaped the nation's history. Designed by Laura Gardin Fraser (obverse) / various reverse designers. Struck in copper-nickel, weighing 5.67 grams, 24.26 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Cataloged as PCGS #919365. The American Women Quarters Program (2022-2025) features five new reverse designs each year honoring the accomplishments and contributions of notable American women.
