2023-P ER WWHO-001 is a doubled working hub obverse on the 2023-P Eleanor Roosevelt quarter (American Women series), cataloged by the Wexler team. The eye shows strong doubling to the east. Wexler files it as a doubled working hub variety and gives no die markers for either side, since they differ among the working dies that were affected. Tanner Scott submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references. Wexler notes that WWHO-001 turns up on 2023-P quarters of two designs, Kanaka'ole and Roosevelt. It calls the listing tentative and open to change as research continues into the master die and working hub problems of 2022 and 2023.
