Description
1954-D WRPM-006 is a repunched mint mark on the 1954-D Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. Wexler describes it as D/D Tilted (Rotated) and notes that it lies closer to the torch than WRPM-001. On the obverse, a short N/S scratch sits midway between LIBERTY's E and R. On the reverse, a gouge sits low under TE of UNITED, and a N/S die crack crosses the upper right olive leaf. Jeff Longeuay submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
