Obverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches ENE from the lower right of the 3 in the date. Reverse: Die gouge at the lower serif of the last S in STATES. X-shaped die scratch between the last O in MONTICELLO, TS of CENTS, and MER of AMERICA.
