Description

Obverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Light die gouge at the upper left side of the Y in LIBERTY. Two die gouges (dots) between the star and the 1 in the date. Reverse: Long wavy die scratch to the right side of the mint mark. N/S die scratch at the upper center of the mint mark. Tooling gouges at the left side of the base positioned above the U in UNITED. Tooling gouges between the lower area of the F and I in FIVE. Tooling gouges on the right side of Monticello’s base above the last A in AMERICA and at the top of the last A in AMERICA.
