Obverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Two die scratches run SE from the underside of the chin. Numerous other die scratches can be found throughout the obverse. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found to the upper right of the second T in STATES. A small die gouge can be found to the left of the second S in STATES.
