1950 (D) Roosevelt Dime - Repunched Mintmark WRPM-007

Description

1950-D WRPM-007 is a repunched mint mark on the 1950-D Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. Wexler describes it as D/D Tilted (Rotated). The hair has three die cracks, two E/W and one N/S. On the reverse, a die crack runs south from the lower torch bands, the torch holder's bottom has a WNW/ESE crack, and a die chip sits near the upper center of DIME's M. David Mulberry submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
