Obverse Stage B: Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: E/W die scratches run through WE. Three N/S die scratches in the 9 of date. Obverse Stage B: Die scratches show in the field between the back of the bust and the rim. Reverse Stage A: E/W die scratches run through ONE. E/W die scratch inside the lower C of CENT. E/W die scratch runs through most letters of UNITED. E/W die scratch starting at the right edge of the A continues through the T and E ending at the left side of the last S of STATES. SW/NE die scratch between and below the E and S of STATES. Reverse Stage B: Strong die scratch runs south from the U of UNITED. Die scratch runs south from the F in OF ending on the south side of the left wheat stem with a die chip. Obverse Stage A:
