Doubling shows on the 194 in the date. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is an RPM listed in the Wexler RPM files as 1949-S 1¢ WRPM-050. It is an S/S West. Heavy die scratches run NNW from the back of the jacket to the right of the Y in LIBERTY. Reverse: A long die scratch runs north from the top of the second S in STATES. A die scratch runs south from the lower right O in ONE through the upper E in CENT. Die scratches run south from the bottom of the C in CENT. Obverse:
