D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: Light reverse die clash at the throat. Die scratches west from the top of the head at the rear. Reverse: Die scratch WNW from the upper left of the E in AMERICA to the bottom of the T in UNITED. NW/SE die scratches through the 1st U in PLURIBUS. WNW/ESE die scratch through the I of PLURIBUS that connects the R on the left and the B on the right. Obverse:
