Description

D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: Medium die chip (dot) on the lower area of the beard. Reverse: Short diagonal die scratch at the edge of the bottom of the center bar and the vertical leg of the E of CENT. SSW die scratches from the center and left leg of the N of CENT. Die chip at the bottom right edge developing into a light die crack running SE ending on the top of the first T of STATES. Obverse:
