Description

Obverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Primary mint mark is further east than WRPM-001 or WRPM-003 and is higher than WRPM-002. Die scratch south inside the 9 of the date from upper center. Die scratch south from the right leg of the R in LIBERTY. Reverse: Short gouge on the left inside of the C in CENT positioned slightly below center.
