A light spread toward the center shows toward the center on EPU and the dots. Die Markers: Obverse: Die chip on the left side of I in LIBERTY about a third way down from the top. Reverse: Die scratches run E/W inside the R in AMERICA. Many NE/SW die scratches are in the area of STA in STATES and RIC in AMERICA. Obverse:
