Description
Minor doubling shows between the second and the third feather above the ground on the left wing extending to the underside of the bottom feather of the right wing. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: A small die gouge can be found inside the lower left of the O in OF. A small die gouge can be found between the two L’s in DOLLAR. Obverse Stage B: A short horizontal die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the N of IN. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the top of the second L in DOLLAR. Two small die gouges can now be found inside the lower O in OF. Reverse Stage A: A small die chip can be found on the top of the bird’s eye. Reverse Stage B: A die break can be found under the top feather on the bird’s back.
