Description
Very minor doubling shows at the lower intersection of the left and right wing feathers. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: None significant. Obverse Stage B: Thin NW/SE die scratch through the right arm of the Y in LIBERTY. Die gouge left of the bottom of the A in QUARTER. Small die gouge between the tops of the R and T in QUARTER. Small die gouge above the ER in QUARTER. Small die gouges left and right of the S in TRUST. Die gouge left of the N in IN. Die gouge inside the lower opening of the E in AMERICA. Small die gouges on the back of the neck. Reverse Stage A: None significant. Reverse Stage B: Multiple die cracks below the top feather. Large die gouges below the bird's beak. Large die gouge above the wave NW of the designer's initials PH. Die gouge on the lower left wave.
