2018 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-006

Description

Very slight doubling shows under the end of the third feather above the ground on the left wing extending to the underside of the bottom feather of the right wing. Die Markers: Obverse: Die crack across the base of the bust with a small die chip left of the designer's initials JF. Die gouge below the Y in LIBERTY. Multiple die gouges inside the U in QUARTER. Die gouge touches the bottom right left of the first R in QUARTER. Die gouge below the last A in AMERICA. Reverse: Die break under the top feather on the bird's back. Die crack across the leg feathers. Curved die gouge right of the building. Die gouge on the bluff in the background below the bird's right wing. Die gouge above the bluff NE of the previous.
