D/D Tilted (Rotated)Die Markers: Obverse: N/S die scratch in the field right from the upper area of the designer’s initials. Die scratch SW from the lower left side of WE. Reverse: Die scratches ENE from the bottom of the olive branch. ENE/WSW die scratch through the right dot.Submitted By: Jeff LongeuayCross References: None knownComments: Mintmark positioned slightly lower than WRPM-008 and the primary mintmark tilts slightly CW. Obverse: N/S die scratches in the field right of the neck and the hair. X-shaped die scratch between the TY of LIBERTY. Reverse: N/S die scratch at the inside of the left leg of the M in DIME. N/S die gouge centered between the M and E of DIME.
