D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs WSW/ENE through the hair just above the forehead. Reverse: A die scratch runs ESE from the top right of the M in MONTICELLO to the upper left of the O. Numerous horizontal die scratches can be found above Monticello.
