Reverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Trumpet Tail mintmark. Die scratches run NNW from the top of the T in LIBERTY. Die scratches run NNW/SSE above and through the 19 in the date. Reverse: A short but strong die gouge runs SW from the inside of the lower right leg of the A in STATES. Die scratches run SSE from the top of the E in ONE to the bottom of the E.
