A CW spread from a pivot at about 2:00 shows on IGWT, the date, the designer’s initials, and the bottom of the ribbon. Die Markers: Obverse: Two short die gouges extend SE from the underside of the chin. A die crack runs across the base of the bust. Reverse: Two die scratches run WSW from the left side of the U in UNITED. Several nearly horizontal die scratches run through the RTER of QUARTER. A die crack runs down the eagle’s right wing. A die crack runs from the IBUS in PLURIBUS to the upper left wing. Obverse:
