A CW from a pivot at about 5:00 shows on IGWT and LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: Parallel die scratches run west from the lower Y in LIBERTY. Reverse: Die cracks run down both wings. A die crack runs through the RIBUS in PLURIBUS to the upper left wing. Obverse:
