Description

A CW spread from a pivot at about 3:00 shows on IGWT.Die Markers: Obverse: Strong die scratches run NW from the top of the I and N of IN. A heavy die scratch runs WNW/ESE from the bottom of the one in the date. A heavy die scratch runs west from the bottom of the nine in the date. Reverse: None noted.Submitted By: John A.
