Description
A spread to the west shows on IGWT.Die Markers: Obverse: A strong die scratch extends east from the lower right nine in the date. A short die scratch extends east from the lower right zero in the date. A die scratch runs WNW from the upper left B in LIBERTY. A die gouge can be found inside the upper B in LIBERTY.
