Obverse Stage B: Weak secondary mint mark that shows only on the lower left. Obverse Stage C: Weak and mushy secondary mint mark that shows to the lower left. Reverse Stage A: Die scratch NE from the lower right of the P in PLURIBUS. Reverse Stage B: None visible. Circulated specimen was examined. Reverse Stage C: None visible. Circulated specimen was examined.
