Description
A close CW spread from a pivot at about 12:00 shows on the date, the designer’s initials, slightly on IGWT, and the lower ribbon.Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found ESE of the bottom of the ribbon. Die scratches run east from the right side of the L in LIBERTY. A die scratch runs west to east below the right side of the R in LIBERTY.
