Description

D/S. The diagonal curve of the S is seen inside the D while the top left curve of the S can be seen just below the upper serif of the D. A small part of the upper serif of the S bulges from the top right of the D. Die Markers: Obverse: None significant. Reverse: A strong die scratch runs from the 2nd S in STATES through the lower part of the dot to the O in OF. Obverse:
