'''Reverse C3r''' - II O mint mark doubled on left inside as a line and at top inside as a diagonal line. The LVA plates listing both are outdated, but serve as a good way to compare a [[1884-O VAM-3 to a [[1884-O VAM-38. The key feature for a [[1884-O VAM-3 is the interior of the repunched mint mark is much stronger than the listing would indicate. The 'line on left' feature is the left edge of a nearly complete right side of a secondary Oval O mint mark that almost fills the opening of the primary mintmark.
