Description
2024-P PTM WDDO-010 is a doubled die obverse on the 2024-P Hon. Patsy Takemoto Mink quarter (American Women series), cataloged by the Wexler team. Strong doubling to the SW shows on the ear, the eyelid and the hair detail. Obverse markers: thin X-shaped scratches under the sideburn; thin criss-crossing scratches through and over IN GOD WE TRUST; and a gouge touching the L of LIBERTY at its upper left serif. On the reverse, a gouge lies under the last U of UNUM, a large gouge under the ER of AMERICA, and a gouge left of the M in TAKEMOTO. Steven Bernatowicz submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
