The 2011P-5DEO-002T Trail Die Obverse is a trail die obverse variety of the United States nickel. This variety was discovered on the 2011 (P) Jefferson Nickel, part of the Jefferson Nickels Return to Monticello 2006 to Date series. Die markers: Stage “C“, obverse is LDS – a small die gouge is seen in the top of Jefferson’s hair. Reverse is LDS – many small die dots are encountered on the left side of the reverse die. This die was found by Tanaka (Mikee) Davis.
