Description
2007-P WDDR-007 is a doubled die reverse on the 2007 George Washington Presidential dollar, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling appears at the meeting point of the statue's right arm and the second ray clockwise from the head. On the obverse, in 1789, a gouge lies north of the 1 and another above and between the 7 and 8; in 1797, gouges sit above both 7s. On the reverse, a WSW-to-ENE scratch lies right of the base of AMERICA's second A. Shawn Bell submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
