Description
2007-P WDDR-003 is a doubled die reverse on the 2007 George Washington Presidential dollar, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is at the junction of the Statue of Liberty's right arm and the second ray clockwise from her head. On the obverse, in the date 1789, a gouge lies under the 7 and another below and between the 8 and 9. On the reverse, a gouge sits right of the center of AMERICA's second A. STATES's second S has a horizontal scratch over its right side and a scratch heading east from its top right. Shawn Bell submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
