1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-012

Description

Partial columns can be seen in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Memorial bays. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die gouge can be found at the bottom of the 2nd bay. A horizontal die gouge can be found in the upper last bay. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the lower last column. A die gouge can be found to the left of the R in AMERICA.
