Description
ADC-1c-1999-03 This 1999 Lincoln cent is not only struck off center, but also has dual clash events. This coin is in the collection of Joe Koelling. The image above shows the slightly staggered dual clash events that occurred. This is evident from the multiple images seen of clash marks left by the bays. The same holds true for the clash marks in front of Lincoln’s face. The reverse die shows only a very faint second clash event.
