1992D-1DER-014T Trail Die Reverse

Description

This is a dual direction trail die. Distortion is seen on the top of the letters of the EPU. The offset direction appears to be 350 degrees for this set of trail lines. The other set of trail lines is seen on the word UNITED the left corners of the cornice and the roof of the Lincoln Memorial building and the NE of ONE. This set has an offset direction of 260 degrees.

Die Markers

• Stage “B “, obverse is MDS – a small die gouge is seen to the of the mint mark.
• Reverse is MDS – a heavy die scratch is seen under the R of PLURIBUS. Die damage is seen under the S of PLURIBUS.
