Description

Doubling shows at an angle on the top right side of the fifth Memorial column. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die gouge can be found between the left cornice and the I in UNITED. Die gouges can be found south of the first S in STATES and to the left of the E in EPU. A die gouge can be found near the bottom of the fifth Memorial bay. Obverse:
