Description
1970-S WRPM-005 is a repunched mint mark on the 1970-S proof Jefferson nickel, cataloged by the Wexler team. A secondary S lies south of the primary S (S/S South). On the obverse, many north-south die scratches cross a heavily abraded queue. On the reverse, die gouges lie left of the P in PLURIBUS. Brian Ribar submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
