This variety was discovered on the 1970 (S) Proof Jefferson Nickel, part of the Jefferson Nickels Original Design 1938-2003 series. Die markers: UVC-447 DMR-006 Stage A: Obverse and Reverse are EDS Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed) Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed). S/S Tilted (Proof). I need to see a specimen for new color digital photos.
