Description
A Class V CW spread from a pivot at about 8:00 shows on STATES OF AMERICA, the left side of the torch flame, the upper most olive leaves, the upper oak leaves, UNUM, and slightly on DIME. Die Markers: Obverse: Parallel SSW/NNE die scratches can be found to the left of Roosevelt’s lips. Reverse: A small die gouge touches the top of the in AMERICA.
