Description

1969-D WRPM-003 is a repunched mint mark on the 1969-D Kennedy half dollar, cataloged by the Wexler team. Wexler describes it as a D/D Tilted (Rotated). On the obverse, a die chip lies right of the R in LIBERTY. The reverse has a straight G, and a short scratch runs south off the top serif of STATES's last S. Tony Russo submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
