Description
Doubling shows on the upper left side of the ST in STATES, the left side of the M in AMERICA, and the top inside of the C in AMERICA. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs from SW/NE through the upper forehead. A die scratch runs N/S just to the right of the upper queue. Reverse: A die scratch runs SW from the left center of the first T in STATES. A die gouge runs NE from the right center of the first T in STATES. Two die gouges can be found under the left side of the horizontal crossbar of the second T in STATES. A die gouge runs NW from the center left of the E in STATES. Obverse:
