Description
A spread towards the center shows on IGWT, the date, the designer’s initials, the lower queue, and the L in LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs SSW from the lower right of the R in TRUST. A die crack runs across the base of the bust and into the lower queue. A die crack runs E/W through the upper forehead extending through the upper hair. Reverse: A die crack runs down the eagle’s right wing extending to the leave above the Q in QUARTER. A die crack runs through PLURIBUS and down the eagle’s left wing ending at the C in AMERICA. Obverse:
