Description

Doubling shows on the lower right side of the 6 in the date. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs ESE from the top right of the second T in TRUST. Reverse: The reverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die Files as 1963-D 25¢ WDDR-002. A strong CW spread shows on the ES of STATES and the O in OF. A strong die gouge can be found just below the eagle’s inner feathers north of the arrow feathers. Obverse:
