Description

D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: A light die scratch runs north from the upper nose. N/S die scratches can be found to the right of the upper queue. Reverse: A short die scratch runs NW from the center left of the E in STATES. Die scratches run NE from the F in OF. Numerous die scratches run NE from the top of Monticello.
