Description

A very close spread towards the center on the designer's initials and the date. Die Markers: Obverse: Type I. Die scratch northeast centered above the second T in TRUST. Die scratch south from the right side of the earlobe. Reverse: Trumpet tail mintmark. Die scratches running SE above the E in UNITED, from the rim, and running through the E into the T. Die gouge on the right side of the lower horizontal bar of the E in AMERICA. Short N/S die scratch inside the O of ONE. Obverse:
