This variety was discovered on the 1937 (S) Lincoln Wheat Cent, part of the Lincoln Wheat Cents 1909-1958 series. Die markers: UVC-059 DMR-003 Stage A: Secondary mintmark is light but visible – EDS Circular die scratches under bust Small die gouge dot above Right side of the T of LIBERTY Reverse is LDS Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed) Stage C: Secondary mintmark is extremely weak, barely visible – LDS Light die crack in upper Right wheat grains – VVLDS.
